After identifying himself, the operator :

• Will identify :

  • for each registered brand, all categories of "Products" * distributed or manufactured;
  • all the fields required in the procedure.

• Will commit to :

  • ensure the truthfulness of the information provided as well as its regular update;
  • use the "Nutri-Score" collective mark for all the Products manufactured and/or distributed under the brands registered;
  • use the logo in accordance with the Usage Regulation.

At the end of this registration, all the elements enabling you to use the "Nutri-Score" logo together with the Usage Regulation, will be sent to the e-mail address filled in as contact person.

  • Products means foodstuffs subject to the nutritional declaration obligation as mentioned in the article 30 of the EU Regulation No 1169/2011 "INCO".
