This accessibility statement applies to demarches-simplifiees.fr website.
Compliance status
The website Démarches simplifiées is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA) version 4.1.2 as a result of the non-compliances listed below.
Test results
The internal audit performed in April 2025 revealed an overall compliance rate of 93.10% on the sample of pages analyzed.
Users can follow the measures taken by the service to improve the accessibility of the site via the DS accessibility continuous improvement programme .

Some scripts are not compatible with assistive technologies
- On the Chrome / TalkBack combination, focus is not captured in modals.
A ticket has been opened with the DSFR on this subject.. - On a procedure form, the title of the button used to display the error sequence is irrelevant. Once activated, the focus remains on the button.
- The combobox action button Adresse postale has no label.
- The action buttons in the Invite someone to edit this file and Identity of the requester panels have conflicting attributes (
aria-expanded
andaria-haspopup
).
Some status messages are not correctly rendered by assistive technologies
- On the account creation page, when the form submitted contains an error, the page reloads without the error being returned to the support technologies.
- On a procedure form, the progress of an attachment upload (and the failure message, if applicable) are not returned to the assistive technologies.
- On a procedure form, the automatic registration failure message is not returned to assistive technologies.
Some focus is impaired
- On the FAQ, the visibility of the focus is altered on the summary buttons.
A ticket has been opened with the DSFR on this subject.. - In the mobile version, the focus on the link back to the files (or the home page) is altered.
- In the mobile version, when the Invite someone to edit this file panel is open, it hides the following fields from focus.
Some PDF documents are not accessible
The PDF document used to dematerialize a procedure is not accessible on the procedure pages.
Exempted content
The PDF documents, accessible via the Laws regarding this data collection link in the footer of each procedure, are provided by the administration in charge of the procedure.
Additional notes
The documentation pages are managed by a third-party tool. They are not fully accessible.
